We are using OTRS 3.3.3
Is it possible to make any status updates on the ticket without creating an internal note.
Earlier we had OTRS 3.0.11. In that we were able to change the properties of a Ticket and it would not create a red internal note.
Right now if there is a ticket and it is part of a queue say Queue-1. The only way i can make changes is to move it to Queue-2 and then make the change and it would not create a internal red note.
Can we using the note feature not entering any note text (which isn't allowed at the moment) but this might also just change the status without leaving a red internal note.
