Hello,
I have a problem with editing users: when I'm clicking on user row I receive an empty form, without user name, second name, login name, etc. The url is http://mydomain/otrs/index.pl?Action=Ad ... h=%2A;Nav=
Could you help me?
Marek

Re: Error in editing users
the link says the ID=null so what you get is expected for the link. The question is, what generates that link?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Error in editing users
The link is generated when I click on user in the user list in "User management". I checked, that when I complete by hand the URL e.g.
http://mydomain/otrs/index.pl?Action=Ad ... ;Nav=Agent
everything is OK. So, the reason is that the URL doesn't include the ID. But why the ID is not present - this is the question...
Version of OTRS: 3.3.5. Before upgrade everything worked OK. I cleaned the cache, checked the system log - I didn't find any idea.
Thanks for help, Marek.
