I put them in context, I have installed the Otrs 3.3.5, I have created and assigned agents to roles, I have two roles to explain to detail, typesetter and Chief typesetter Role. Both roles are assigned to Group typesetter with persimmons I've outlined in the attached image.
The problem is that chief typesetter assigned tickets to typesetter and assigns as owners of the Ticket, but they should not be able to change the ticket owner.
As seen in the figure the rol_digitador (typesetter) only authorized to RO, Note and Owner, But the problem is that if I remove the Owner option, I can not assign the ticket them.
How I can disable the option to change owner a ticket: (
