New ticket Auto Response to Users who are marked in Cc

Hello,

In my case, OTRS generates tickets via mail only. We haven't announced OTRS web access yet.

Users send mail to a distribution list upon which tickets are generated. when OTRS generates a ticket, the notification mail is sent to the requestor only. I understand that, this is a default functionality of the OTRS.

Since ticket notifications are sent to only requestor, at times the users who are marked in Cc reply on the requestors mail which generates duplicate tickets. Managing a duplicate tickets is a cumbersome job.

I would like to know if it is possible to send new ticket notifications to requestor as well as the other users who are marked in that mail. if yes, how do I configure that?
