Hi guys,
I'm pretty new to OTRS and my company has the AdvancedEscalation feature addon installed.
now the ticket keeps spamming my agents with escalation notification about tickets that have their escalations suspend.
can anyone help me or point me into the right direction into solving this?
I've tried opening a support ticket with otrs but they aren't super fast in responding!
