I saw the import/export function i the admin page. It let me setup mappings for fields from a CSV but only for config items. Is there a way to do something similar for tickets? I have a CSV from an old ticket system that I would like to import. I need to keep them for compliance reasons and I don't want to leave theat old system running.
Thanks

Re: Importing tickets
Yup, best way we found to import tickets... Seems easier than DB-Import
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
