ich hab die migration auf die neuste otrs version (3.3.6) wie in http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... ading.html beschrieben durchgeführt.
beim durchführen von otrs.CheckDB.pl erhalte ich folgende info:

Hast du das Problem gelösst? Dazu musst du die Storage Engine von vermutlich MyISAM auf InnoDB umstellen. Kannst du zB mit phpmyadmin machen.

ansonsten stellt Du den Default_storage_type in der mysql auf MYISAM
