Hallo,
komischerweise haben wir seit ein paar Tagen Probleme bei den Statussymbolen im Ticketmailverkehr. Wenn wir auf Tickets antworten steht anstelle des EINGANGS und AUSGANGS Symbols jetzt nur noch das Schlosssymbol da für interne Nachricht? Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte? Sowohl eingehende als auch ausgehende Antworten auf ein Ticket werden mit dem Schlosssymbol versehen.

OTRS hat kein Schlossysmbol.
