AutoAnswer Tags doesn't work properly

AutoAnswer Tags doesn't work properly

Hi i'm a newbie about the otrs system and i'm trying to configure the system from de admin pannel to create auto-answer for the differents queue.
What i did:

i created a number of different clients in user zone

i created 4 different queue: the first one HD it's the root queue then i have 3 queue below that.

i created 1 Auto Aswers: Opening Ticket and i associated it to all queue.

i filled the fields of the autoanswer in this way:
Name:
-------
AutoAnswer_operningTicket
Subject:
-------
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>
Body:
----
Your request has been met with success ... .....
Realname Cliente: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_DATA_REALNAME>
Nome Cliente: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_DATA_UserFirstname>
ID Cliente: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_ClientId>
Email body : <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[5]>
customer body: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body>
----


i receive the email in this way:


subject: [Ticket#2014041100000026] <OTRS_CUSTOMER_DATA_REALNAME>

la vostra richiesta è stata raccolta dai nostri tecnici che appena possibiile.....
Realname Cliente: -
Nome Cliente: ClientTestName
ID Cliente: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_ClientId>

Email body : <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[5]>

customer body: Body Try


the two tags ID Clienteand Email body don't work.
It's possible that there are some configuration to disable to allow the automatic answer to work properly?
