I guess I'm looking for 'gotchas' that would be keeping me from recreating this. I think I am following the manual as they lay it out but Im still having issues.

Im trying to recreate the order book process management in my system. Eventually I want to make a process to order a PC but only after I can understand how the process management works and see it work. Im having issues getting the book order to move to the next action. Once I submit it it still say the next step is the step i just finished.
I guess I'm looking for 'gotchas' that would be keeping me from recreating this. I think I am following the manual as they lay it out but Im still having issues.
