Email stop fecthing

Dear all,

I have an issue regarding email fetching, after upgrade to 3.3.6 and the email not working anymore. see error below

I can not see any OTRS issue. Check the connectivity to the servers from your OTRS server

Thank you. its working back now. the firewall blocking ports.
