Hi All,

I have an error message Check for CGI Accelerator, You should use FastCGI or mod_perl to increase your performance. under Support Assessment. I have OTRS install 3.3.6 under Suse 11.3 Enterprise and all required modules installed. I don't know what else needs to be changed in order to improve performance.

you have to install and activate the apache module mod_perl

I think I already have it installed. How can I check it on Suse?

I enabled webserver extensions thru YAST HTTP server configuration. Now I'm getting 2 errors

Check if the system uses mod_deflate.

You should enable mod_deflate.

Failed Check if the system uses mod_headers.

You should enable mod_headers.

Thank you very much for all your help. The webserver is setup correctly now and way faster than it was before.
