I've got one question. Is it possible to disable "close with workaround" state. I set in SysConfig only "closed" state enable, but still "close with workaround" is available?

Admin Tab, Ticket section, States link. Set state to invalid.
However, before you do that, if you have or think you have any tickets at all with state closed with workaround, use generic agent to set a different state before marking closed with workaround invalid. If you set invalid first, you will not (unfortunately) be able to filter on an invalid state.
