I believe I have found a bug in the iphonehandle package when performing an upgrade from 3.2.x to 3.3.6
If coming from a previous OTRS version (3.2.x) and Iphonehandle 1.2.1 is installed, if an upgrade to iphonehandle 1.3.1 is attempted, you will get an Internal Server Error when trying to access your OTRS site. As an experiment, I installed a fresh copy of OTRS 3.3.3 and installed the new iphonehandle 1.3.1, there was no issue and OTRS was accessable after the installation. It seems this issue is only present when attempting an upgrade from a previous iphonehandle version.
Is there any way to avoid this issue?
