Hi,
I would like to sort tickets in the dashboard by age descending.
I have seen lots of instructions to use the SortBy and OrderBy attributes in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard . I can see their use for the Escalated Tickets widget. However, when I add "SortBy=Age;OrderBy=Down;" or in fact any similar parameters to the Attributes key of DashboardBackend###0130-TicketOpen , I do not see any effect. The dashboard open tickets view is always sorted by age ascending...
Am I doing something wrong?
