I'm working to develop a Module in Order to Edit Article in TicketViewZoom to change the Body of an Internal Note.
I have just a problem to show the Modification in TicketViewZoom.
In fact, the modification worked by the functiun ArticleUpdate() and the modification change the Database with the New Value.
And When I'm in the Window Ticket Status I see the mofication. I have just the problem to show the modification in AgentTicketZoom.
I find it really strange and I would like to know if someone have any idea to Update article in TicektViewZoom. Or How the Article are loaded in AgentTicketZoom?
