Hello,
I am currently testing the OTRS 3.3.6 (version Appliance in Hyper-V).
I can't modify the source code for automatic answer to insert an image: before (in 3.0.7) I added a URL of my shared image in the source code of the automatic response (ex : < br /> <img src="http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/201 ... rt2014.gif" style="height: 89px; width: 236px; float: left;" /> <br />).
Now it is no longer possible.
How can I insert images in my automatic response?
