I would like to know if it is possible to have all agent (we are currently a compagny of 3 personnes, so, 3 agents) when someone add a note to a ticket.
I have found un sysConfig how to add the "agent list" in the "note pop-up", but would be fun to have "all" the agent selected by default...
Even maybe better would be to have "group" listed there, so, could be just one click... OR another thing that could do too is to have notification sent to agent, without even showing the list....

If my "question" is not clear, do not hesitat to ask me for more.
