Hi,
We are currently testing an upgrade from OTRS version 2.3.4 to 3.1.10, on CentOS 5.10.
Most of the features and functions are working perfectly, except for our Auto Responses. When I try to amend an Auto Response, the 'Auto Response From' mandatory field is empty. This stops me from submitting any change to the formatting of our Auto Responses. I am assuming this field should populate a list of queues, of which are all valid and present in the system. Would anyone know why it is not doing this?
I have uploaded a screenshot in case this helps.

2.3 should go to 2.4.latest then 3.0.latest then 3.1.latest. Read Upgrading.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
