(SOLVED) TROUBLES IN OTRS

Hi i have installed the version 3.3.7 but i don't have the option "Type" and "Responsible" this no appear in the actual version? and how can refresh the dashboard web in 1 minute that by default is 2 minutes? other trouble is the tickets new is in state "Open" and ultimate is my tickets delay 5 minutes i configure in fechmail fechmail.dist postmaster and postmaster.dist but nothing,

I have not a mail server, I have a hosting and accounts are IMAP, please help me
