How to adjust mailbox refresh rate?

Hello, i got a question, how to adjust time that otrs checks my mailbox for new messages to create tickets?

- how you did the OTRS installation (tar.gz, rpm)
- your OTRS version

I used otrs-3.3.7-appliance-1.0.7.iso.

so you have to alter the file

var/cron/postmaster_mailbox in the OTRS directory and run afterwards the

bin/Cron.sh restart otrs

as root user
