Hi,
how do we enable remote content for good in all tickets? At the moment we must click Load blocked content in every ticket every time.

I can't recommend the following because of the problems of cross site vulnerabilities with regard to poorly formed or malware-introduced images potentially hosted on less than reputable sites.
There's a change from 0 to 1 in AgentTicketAttachment.pm for LoadExternalImages that may apply.
