Patch level upgrade
I have OTRS 3.0.10 and I wonder if the otrs patch level updates should be installed one after the other (3.0.10 > 3.0.11 > 3.0.12...) or it is possible to immediately install the latest version (3.0.22)?
OTRS 4.0.19/6.0.26, openSUSE 12, MySQL 5.5

Re: Patch level upgrade
From the UPGRADING.md in the root directory:
Though check the file for your own version.
Code: Select all
Within a single minor version you can skip patch level releases if you want to
upgrade. For instance you can upgrade directly from OTRS 3.3.1 to version
3.3.4. If you need to do such a "patch level upgrade", you should skip steps
9 and 13-17.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Let me say that it's still okay to go to 3.0.22 directly. Backup, test backup, verify backup of database and filesystem before making any changes. If you need to do a "patch level upgrade", which is an upgrade for instance
from OTRS version 3.0.3 to 3.0.4, you should skip steps 8, 9, 10, and 13 - 16.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
