http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl shows a 404 error

Hi,
I am trying to install otrs-3.3.7-win-installer-3.0.5.exe and I already using wamp as my local-server. But seems OTRS try to install mysql and Apache itself. After installatiuon of otrs-3.3.7-win-installer-3.0.5.exe it takes me to http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl and it shows an 404 error. Don't know how to solve it. I am a PHP Developer and waiting for your help.

if you already run a WAMP stack don't use the installer (install manually) or use another box or the appliance

Can you tell me what other packages I can try? I am new to this or can you show me a way to install it manually?
