Hi Everyone,

we are currently trying to fix everything that broke during our test migration from 3.2.16 to 3.3.7

One information we want to have in our dashboard is the Company Name. I cannot seem to find it.

In version 3.2.16 we just added <div title="$QData{"UserCompanyName"}">$QData{"UserCompanyName"}</div> to the template: AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl


Any ideas?

in version 3.3.x every user can create its own Dashboard-Colum-view and order.

in Sysconfig u can say what columns are shown by default, but this can still be changed by the agent.
