Otrs not verifying mail accounts

After configuring some mail accounts, theese are not automatically verified by OTRS, how do i configure OTRS to do this automatically? any file i should edit?

I didn't understand the context "mail accounts" but I assume (now) you mean "Mail accounts to grab email" (Which, generally, I'm not in favor of multiple. I'd rather alias to one, fetch one, and dispatch by To, if necessary).

I also didn't understand the "verified by OTRS" in this context. I'm guessing (now) that you mean "Use this to fetch email during normal schedule", because you say...

Which I still don't know what button is "verify mail". I know of "Fetch mail" but not verify... Have a screenshot?

And, if the cron is running, it'll use what you have configured, according to and as often as indicated in the value in var/cron/postmaster_mailbox
