Iphone No access to CustomObject

im trying to use OTRS iphone app but i get No access to CustomObject when i try to connect.

any advise would be much appreciated.

OTRS 3.3.8
Apache 2.2
running on port 81

When trying to open otrs on iphone I get this error: see attachment.
