Sehr geehrte Community,
ich betreibe OTRS in der Version 3.3.7. Nun wollte ich in der SysConfig unter CustomerTicketZoom den Besitzer aktiveren das dieser im Informationsfenster angezeigt wird. Jedoch zeigt er nur "Besitzer:" an.

Das ist keine ausreichende Fehlerbeschreibung. Wir müssen jetzt raten. Besser ist es wenn Du uns zeigst *wie* du es gemacht hast...

ja meine Angaben waren etwas mau.
Im Backend habe ich unter Admin --> SysConfig --> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewZoom --> AttributesView
die Werte für Owner und Type geändert auf 1.
Nun hab ich mich im Frontend als Kunde angemeldet und wollte diese Einstellung testen. Habe also ein neues Ticket erstellt und den Besitz übernommen. Bin dann aufs Ticket, der Typ wird angezeigt jedoch nicht der Besitzer.

Nach einem kurzen Blick in die Quellen würde ich von einem Bug ausgehen... Ich schaue mir das mal an.
