Hello everyone,
ive set up OTRS 3.3.8 and i dont have any Buttons like the picture below.
After locking a Ticket only 1 Button became visibile.
Is this just a settings issue?
any help would be great.

Yes, various settings in sysconfig/NavBar, depending on addons.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
