Process Management: Set responsible (dynamic)

hi,
I have got a question regarding process management. I've builded an process for ordering new hardware. Part of this process is getting an approval for the order. There is a dynamic field 'approver' in the first dialog in which the employee can choose the person who is accountable for him. In the next step, the selected person must be responsible of the ticket.

But how can I realize this?
In a transition-action I can only use a hard-coded value (e.g. name of an agent). Is it possibile to use the value of the dynamic field?
