I'd like to BCC a copy of all ticket responses in a particular queue to someone in my company. That way he will be able to see the activity in a particular queues without having him go into the ticket system.
I can see how to do this ticket system wide but I only want to do it for tickets in a particular queue.
If I could add a BCC to the canned reply text that would work but those don't include email addresses.
Any other way to do this? Thanks in advance.
