ich habe folgendes Problem.
Ich habe mir das OTRS Ticket System aufgesetzt (Windows Installation auf einem Win 7 Rechner mit dem Integrierten Perl Modul OTRS Version 3.3.
Und habe dann das Neuste Packet für die APP für iPhone installiert. Und die neuste APP aus dem Apple Playstore geladen.
Die URL lautet bei mir http://IP/otrs/ oder http://IP/otrs/json.pl.
Leider erhalte ich unter beiden URLS eine error auf dem Iphone

During validation of the account the following problem has been found:
The URL has to point to the OTRS JSON interface (json.pl) but it does not.
Please check the account data.
Und mit der URL http://IP/otrs/json.pl Internel Server error 500.
Im Ordner otrs finde ich im root verzeichnis die datei auch garnicht.
Jemand eine Idee an was es liegen könnte
