High Availability OTRS Architecture

Good day,

I would like to setup high availability otrs system with two servers and would like some direction before starting with this. Are there perhaps documentation available on this topic? or anyone who performed this before and provide some direction.

HA setup of OTRS requires some additional modules which are not released in public.

Also you would need:
- Loadbalancer
- HA database setup
- shared diskspace for attachments
