Different admin/config levels

Different admin/config levels
How can I configure various administrator levels. For example, I would like to delegate administrative tasks to different admins. I don't want all admins to have the same rights. In Framework -> Core I see an option to set the admin level, but I don't want the overall admin level reduced but only for certain admin users. How could this be achieved?

Re: Different admin/config levels
Thanks a lot crythias.
I read through the links but it doesn't quite address my problem (which I hadn't specified clearly!).
I'm planning to deploy OTRS in different departments within the organization. Let's say we have a departments ABC and PQR. I would like the admins of these department to be able to add / remove dynamic fields required for their tickets, customize the email and phone ticket interfaces, define processes and so on without interefering with the fields, processes etc. of other departments i.e. without the full admin access. The idea is to have a multi-client setup. Is this requirement fulfilled by OTRS?

Re: Different admin/config levels
No. With stock OTRS this is not possible. E.g. when an agent can add/remove dynamic fields, the can see *all* fields.
