How to find if a ticket is Escalated from OTRS Reports

Dear All,

I am looking at the standard report - List of Open Tickets (TicketList) , how to find the tickets which are escalated is there a column which will tell us about this .
I am looking at columns like SolutionDiffInMin etc with positive and negative numbers.

Is there a way to create a new report which will export all the escalated tickets in a month. I could not find sufficient information in the user manual to explore Report generation and custom report generation using OTRS, is there any documentation /add ons for Reporting (Standard Reports provided as part of the installation and custom report which can be configured.
