[SOLVED] Hide accounted time from ticket information
How can I hide the 'Accounted time' field from the ticket information. Ticket::ZoomTimeDisplay in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom is set to No

you can not with config (edit the template might work)
