Hi Everyone!!
Can it be possible to defined default queue for each customer in OTRS for Virtual host which has defined in "Loader::Customer::SelectedSkin::HostBased"
e.g
If http//customer1.example.com -> user should be met with name “customer1.example Helpdesk” + customer1.example logo. And when logged in it should default to “customer1” queue.
And naturally if using http//customer2.example.com -> user should see “customer2.example Helpdesk” + customer2.example logo. Ticket queue to default to “customer1”,
or if any alternative to achieve mentioned goals?
Can be possible to defined default queue for Customer Host.

Re: Can be possible to defined default queue for Customer Ho
Your question is too broad for this topic and the developer forum. The link you quoted indicates why not to use customer based queues.
If you want to know workflow, ask in the general or help forums in the appropriate language.
Summary: Customers submit tickets to the queues that contain agents that can fix what's being requested. Agents work on what they can and need to do, not on who needs service.
