Hi, im having an issue creating and editing services Admin -> Ticket Settings -> Services, ive got a screenshot to help explain the gist of the issue I am having.
So basically after any data has been entered and/or edited and I got to submit my changes, I get the above error: 'Need Critically!'.
As you can see however though the field is not showing for me so I cannot input any data to make the changes.
I've scoured SysConfig and google for an answer but have found no information to assist.
What would be the best course of action to get through this issue?

Hi,
i think you need to (re-) install some ITSM Modules. Check your Package manager.
The criticality usually is added via ITSMIncidentProblemManagement.

Re: OTRS 3.3.1
Hi,
I followed your advice and began to reinstall, I have the file and went to install it gain but however I am getting a "413 Request Entity Too Large" error after the file hits 100% uploaded.
The file itself is 1484KB and the limit has been set to 24000000 bytes (24MB) in SysConfig.
Is this a known issue with hopefully a known workaround?

Re: OTRS 3.3.1
Hi, thanks for the quick response.
The MySQL limit is well above the limit of SysConfig. The MySQL shouldn't be the problem.
Is there anything else that could cause the 413 error?
So a colleague managed to fix the problem, unfortunately I cant say exactly what he did, but he did mention that it was a server setting stopping the files.
However, now that I have re installed the ITSMIncidentProblemManagement the original issue has not disappeared. Are there any other modules this could be a part of?
