Process Management

We have added 'Article' to the fields in our creation panel for the ability to add files and file descriptions, which works as it should. However, at the creation of the process ticket, the creator can set the owner to his manager for approval. If a file is added, manager-owner selected, an AddNote email goes to the new owner (manager) about the note being added. We would like to turn that off for NEW process tickets only. I'm fairly certain this is possible, I just haven't found where/how to modify code to have it done.

It's probably not possible. The point of the notification is so the owner knows the note was added by someone that is not the owner.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
