No repository information
I would like to install the MasterSlave module, but I'm unable to see any repository information in package manager. The online repository information is empty
The drop down list showing repositories is also empty
Are any setting outside OTRS required'?

The firewall is updated.
Access to Package::RepositoryRoot http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/packa ... sitory.xml is allowed from OTRS server. I can access the website from a browser. However, OTRS does not update the repository information.
Entering the proxy in Framework -> Core::Package leads to a 'HTTP 500 Internal Server Error'
As far as I know I'm using the correct repository URL.
