[solved] Auto reply from another queue than the queue raw

Hi,

Auto reply's are send when new ticket arrives in the default queue 'raw'. However, we want the auto reply been sent from another queue (created by us).
Therefore, we first unselected the auto reply in the queue 'raw'. Second, we created a new queue and linked it to an auto reply.

However, when new ticket arrives in the queue 'raw', and we move it to the created queue, no auto reply is sent.

In essence, how is it possible to send an auto reply form another queue than the queue 'raw', after a ticket is moved'?

auto replies are sent if the ticket is created in a queue not if it is moved. change the default queue for incomming mails...

Okay, but what if you have multiple queues, and you want to sent different auto replys depending on the queue?

use different email addresses for different queues or postmaster filters to sort into queues
