i have this error in my log system:
Module Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm not found/could not be loaded
how can i resolved it and what mean?

It means it can't find what it's looking for. Either you added it or you deleted it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Check your SysConfig if this custom module is activated (Ticket::CustomModule###001-CustomModule in Ticket -> Core::Ticket). If you do not need it (e.g. you didn't add the module), then deactivate the config option.
