Hello,
When I go to this URL
http://192.168.1.1/otrs/customer.pl
I get the following error
"The requested URL /otrs/bin/cgi-bin/login.pl was not found on this server."
Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue?

what did you change in sysconfig/config?
