Access key ticket search in Internet Explorer 11

I'm unable to use access key for the ticket search in Internet Explorer 11.

As a matter of fact, I am not able to use any access keys under Ticket, for example, Tickets-> Queue View. Apparently, IE isn't able to perform actions associated with these buttons via access keys. I managed to find a workaround whereby I activated the relevant options (red marking) in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule for queue, status, escalation view and new ticket and it works. Is there a way to assign a hotkey to the 'magnifying glass symbol' (blue marking)?

many of the access keys are duplicated between ticket and FAQ.

alt-s seems to work for me. (in chrome but not IE)

It works for me in Chrome and FF as well, not in IE though. I have disabled duplicate access keys.
