I would like to create a filter for the OTRS dashboard that contains only tickets with TicketIDs or TicketNumbers of my choice. Basically, I would like to load the ticket list from a subroutine based on the user ID. Can someone give me some information on how to create custom filters for an XML dashboard dashlet?

I have now figured out how to set the attributes in my dashboard to get single TicketIDs or TicketNumbers to show up but not multiple. Can anyone help?
