Download module on Customer Portal

Hi,

Please note that I am using OTRS 3.3.4. On OTRS portal I have found one functionality named 'Downloads', Please refer to the following screenshot:

I am trying to develop the same functionality. The tabs in this screenshot contains sections like 'OTRS Helpdesk', 'ITSM' etc. I want to develop this section as configurable. I mean,

I want to develop a setting in which I can add a name like 'ÓTRS Helopdesk' and this should be developed on download page automatically. Is this possible to do modification like this?? and if yes, It would be really helpful if someone can tell me the way to do this. I have already developed the module 'Downloads' . Now need a configuration to fill data on the page dynamically.

you need to have deep OTRS development skills. Nobody will be able to write you a small how to here for complex developments. Start with reading the developer manual and small modules

If you mean how to provide Config data in your module, provide it in .xml format.
