[SOLVED] Ticket Reply One Click

Hello,
PFA..! As shown in image, bydefault option is Reply. The problem is when i need to select "Texte Libre" option from menu , i have to select twice. Once i have to select Reply and then "Texte Libre" option. I hope i am clear to you. It is very time consuming to select twie each time.

For other Options in menu its working fine (with single click except "Texte Libre" Option)

It may OTRS/js/dab table issue. I have no idea where to edit to get the result.

rename the Empty answer and remove the leading space

Thanks for reply. You mean to say to do "-Reply-" ?? The problem is in Texte Libre option. Or you mean to say "Texte_Libre" ??
Do you know how to modify it from admin panel? I tried to find via SysConfig but i couldn't find it.

I need to remove the space. I update by "Texte_Libre" Now, its working fine.
