OTRS + Subdominio

I'm new in using the tool, to discover a few days,

I am setting up and testing the same, and would like to take a doubt,

How do I configure my OTRS for the access it through a subdomain address stays with the name and not its IP VALID like this today

eg otrs.exemplo.com.br fall directly on the customer login area, and get the name in the address bar and not the valid IP, remembering that our Domain server today is elsewhere.
