The ticket number is not showing on my client side in the email subject.
I need those to be display for easier reference.

check sysconfig settings if it will be sent out (Core::Ticket)

the subject with the ticket ID is there in the ticket, but it don show up on client site

if it there it was sent out... so the error seems to be on the clients side
