CENTOS 7 INSTALLATION

HELLO!

I Just download an install otrs 3.3.9 rpm last available version 10 sept 2014 in your site,

my S.O is LINUX CENTOS 7 but i can't find information for centos 7 but i follow information related to centos 6.

then i install software but when i try to run intall.pl it not working

please what is correct procedure to uninstall rpm for this or any version that i tried into centos 7

how i can fix related problem whit some references like i must to change secure mode in Sys mode ??

when will be available instructions for centos 7 ?
